A: Yes! We always try to find the best rates possible for large group bookings. However, please understand this is dependent on availability. Please contact us for details.
Q: What if I'd like to cook my own meals ?
A: Kelowna Okanagan Lake Hostel has a self catering kitchen equipped with pots, dishes and utensils. All guests are welcomed to use the sink, counterspace, stove, oven and fridge. KOLHostel also feature a dining room for guests to sit down comfortably and eat with families or friends. The dining room has a dining table and chairs of four, spare chairs spread throughout the room and a TV. It also stores staples of food for guests to use at their convenience. The dining room has different opening hours which you may check with front desk upon check-in.
Q: What are the facilities available ?
A: We have a guest kitchen, dining room, lounge, washer and dryer, male bathrooms and showers, female bathroom, and female shower.
Q: What happens if I want to cancel my booking ?
A: If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact the hostel directly by phone. A whole week's (7 days) notice from the day of arrival is required or the whole amount will still be charged. Cancellations for holidays and long weekends will not be possible.
